Not saying a guitar solo is a must, but other stuff could be done before the last chorus to break up the song. What, seal noises aren't enough for you? A vuvuzela would be enough (not)

As with all the EP’s totally not my cup of tea. Would I put this on at a party to get things going? No. Would I put on the jukebox in the pub? No.Would I crank this up in the car? No. Therefore not sure when I would want to listen to it, or what it would do for me or my mood at the time. Because of this I couldn’t even rate this. What would be the comparator? If it’s the past, and let’s face it that’s the reason I’m a fan and on here, then it would be right down there with the worst, as would 90% of his past 2-3 years of material. This is my opinion, which isn’t worth shit to anyone else but me, but there it is. Disappointed again You seem to have a very utilitarian approach to music. That's fine. But some people just LISTEN to it. It's not "designed" to function in any broader context.

The chorus is addictive. It's been stuck in my head since I heard the tune for the first time.

I can’t believe I’m saying this but...I still haven’t heard it beyond the first 30 seconds.
I’ve been meaning to but I keep forgetting. Or deciding to put something else on for the trip to work or the grocery store.
I don’t dislike it or Noel’s “new style”. I just don’t seem to care to bite into it right away like I used to. Which is fine, that happens. I’ve absolutely loved some of the songs from this EP cycle (Sail on, a dream is all I need, this is the place) but the rest have been okay, decent, mediocre, not bad but not too fussed.

Strange that Ysee and Jessica didn't mention BMR on their instagram stories ...🤔

Really growing on me. Tension is always the first word that pops into my mind when I hear it, and I’m really happy that it turned out to be this atmospheric because TITP was a real disappointment after the brilliant BSD. It could be a bit longer, as many have pointed out, but I’m fine with how it is. Really curious how it’ll sound live as well.

I loved WBTM and liked BSD and TITP but Blue Moon Rising is easily the worst thing Noel has ever released for me.
There is no low in Oasis that compares with this. Makes it all the more disappointing when you’re waiting for 3 months and this is the result. Never mind, I look forward to having Come On Outside on vinyl soon

I still really dig it. Looking forward to the remixes. This song lends itself so well to that.

Funny how tastes are, i fuckin love those two songs. Those Swollen Hand Blues fit perfectly on DOYS after Falling Down and before To Be Where.

Falling Down is this whole apocalyptic scene and To Be Where There's Life is waking up in the new post-apocalyptic world and trying to figure out where to go next and what everything that your character once knew means in this new world.

In this case, I didn’t.

In this case, I didn’t. It's a 3 minute song. I could understand this argument if it was a two hour album, but it's not too much exploration to listen to a song once. As a Gallagher completist, I couldn't live with myself if I didn't listen to it a few times. Anyways, to each their own.

The fact people are barely discussing it speaks volumes I think.
The weakest of the three lead tracks from the EPs.

I enjoy most of the EP songs, but I'd be lying if I said I was a big fan of BMR. This Is The Place is 10X better. Rattling Rose, Sail On, This Is The Place, ADIAINTGB, are all very solid tunes. Wandering Star is a missed oppertinity but I still like it.

In this case, I didn’t. Honestly, I'd give it a listen. The 90 second clip doesn't include the best bit. I'm not saying it's amazing, but for the sake of 3 minutes, as @zingbot says, it's worth the time. The chorus at the end is where the song peaks. And in my mind it's very similar to Life Is A Game Of Changing (weird how they came out on the same day) which I know you like! Not saying you'll love it but it's worth giving it a listen.
