It was on the Snatch soundtrack and is regularly used as sports intro/exit advert music, but nobody pays attention to random instrumentals. And there’s no fucking way that more people have heard/associated FITB with Oasis than Live Forever. I was 11/12 years old in 1994 and heard it all the time while living in a tiny town of 1,000 people in Texas. It was a worldwide hit. Like I said though, I agree with the other 5 tunes being his most recognizable. |
