In the Rolling Stone interview from 8th August, Noel is talking about five song of him everybody wants to hear.
Which five songs does he have in mind? I'm thinking of Live Forever, Whatever, Wonderwall, Don't Look Back in Anger and Champagne Supernova.

I want to say Masterplan but its probably Half The World Away. Thats a pretty famous song in the UK despite not being a single. I think being on that TV show helped its legacy.

A bit hard to pin down. In NA, I'd say Noel has a big 3:
- Wonderwall
- DLBIA
- Champagne Supernova
That's for sure. After that, there are a few that compete:
- Supersonic
- Live Forever
- Whatever
- Don't Go Away
- Stop Crying Your Heart Out
DGA has been getting some radio play in the last 2-3 years. I was floored when I heard it in a grocery store. Probably a top 5 over here would be the big 3 from WTSMG? and then Supersonic and Live Forever, though. You hear Supersonic on the radio a fair amount over here still.

I think being popular in America is key for all this to some degree. Largest market. Most money to be made. Can take you to levels of fame that Outside those borders can’t take you. |

The quote refers to songs that you go to a NG show to hear though... which is different than his best sellers. When’s the last time he played Live Forever? I’m not a stats or setlist junkie but doesn’t seem to me that he plays that one very often
