Just been reading the conversation about the May single comments on Lamacq. Basically the comments weren’t in the original interview in mid December, but the one that aired on Christmas Day. It has some extra stuff, and he mentions a single could come out in May. He said there may not even be a traditional album, just lots of singles, but then says how that could be a load of rubbish, sounded like he hadn’t really made up his mind yet. Think he mentioned recording with band members as well. Yeah, so anyway it’s in the Xmas day version, which was shorter but had different bits in. Was surprised there wasn’t more of a reaction to it but guess not many heard it! Yes ! thanx for confirming, i'm not crazy then  I did listen to it later, even after christmas, so that was the longer version. To me he sounded pretty sure about the single, less about the rest... |

Seems like a hell of alot of effort to make some video effects that - to be honest - don't make for particularly interesting viewing. |

Just to save bandwidth and data space, to keep the cost down, really. Those shows are "in the moment" and are useless after that. |

Yeah, it has to be because of that. I just guess it's a bit sad that the BBC needs to do it to keep costs down while other radio stations can afford to keep the same kind of shows available for longer. Even within the BBC the criteria for what gets taken down and what doesn't seem a bit...meh... |

2'500 my arse. There will be loads I reckon. If it's the same as last time it'll be easy to get, to the extent that a week after RSD you'll be able to order it online for £10. Absolutely no point in queing early if you only want to buy Noels release. I'm also fully expecting a hmv black edition like we got last time! It's all a con but I'll definitely buy the teal version like the sucker I am. |

There's was tons of these at Sister Ray London. The till said there was 100+ in stock when I bought mine.
Hopefully everyone who wanted it got a copy.
