It all just feels weird, like something’s missing. The more I’ve watched it the less it looks like he even grabs her, just puts his hand up and she moves back to avoid it. I hope they don’t just stay quiet hope for it all to pass then go on as normal, that won’t work this time. All that’s important is that Debbie is okay, and if it’s happened before she isn’t scared to speak out.
She hasn't been quiet, but people don't accept what she's saying. There are a lot of people pretending to be concerned for her arguing on her instagram comments, like that helps. The whole thing must be horrible for her.
Right, I may come across the wrong way now. That video makes me uncomfortable as fuck but as far as I can see he never actually touches her. He goes to, maybe, the video is so choppy I can't tell whether he was trying to stop her walking to him or grab her.
Do you think the legal action can still go ahead now there's footage of at least something happening?
Of course. They both say that he has not abused her.
But if you look at the article they are now sort of just showing the video and then being quite careful. They are sneakily implying abuse without saying it is. For example theyve put theyve both denied it, theres a quote from an abuse charity that conveniently starts off by saying we dont know whats happening in the clip but abuse is bad blah blah.

I wasn't going to get involved in this but I just want you say my piece.
That video shows nothing, at least THAT bad really. I've watched and all I can tell is he's flinging his arm and hand out, as if he's just stopping her from walking alongside him. Debbie then reacts by leaning backwards and this makes it look worse than it actually is with the crappy CCTV footage. Debbie then goes round the corner and that's it.
To me, there is NOTHING in that video that makes be disbelieve either Liam or Debbie. Added to that, having grown up in a household that had this type of behaviour, the person committing this act would have shown signs before and, seeing how neither Patsy or Nicole have never mentioned this kind of behaviour leads me more to think it is some scaremongering BS by the Scum and daily fail to ruin the good PR Liam had built up.
I believe Liam and Debbie and I will until proven wrong!

I'm not sure what to make of the video. I do know that my partner and I, when drinking, have been in situations or done things which if filmed and taken out of context might look bad, or have gotten into arguments where alcohol makes it worse than it really was because something dumb happens. I feel weird watching this to begin with and then being expected to form an opinion on what happened.
It’d probably be best now for Liam to just admit he reacted poorly and will be going to anger management courses. Everyone close to Debbie, her sisters, her mother etc. Alll still follow Liam on Social Media, and they’re all staying quiet. I know if that was my sister I’d be blowing the fucker up. I just don’t think everything has come out yet. I just don’t know what’s going to happen next, they can’t make any valid excuse really. At this point I’m still very disappointed. Also shocked this isn’t trending on Twitter.
AdidasNG72: Seeing as BHN is my favourite album of all time, yes I agree 100%. BHN is a unique masterpiece in its own right, and something that will never be attempted by another band ever again, as no band will ever be as big as Oasis again.

shirleyroadshow: I gave the band a slot on my roadshow for ITV telethon production in June 1992. My brother worked with Boneheads brother Martin Arthurs and we were producing a 24 hour on/off LIVE event. The band were very much together at that time!

BugmenAndBoxes: I was catching up on the Matt Morgan podcast and got to the part where Noel refuses to let Matt tell the story of how Dead In The Water was written, but does mention it was written in response to thinking he could one up a song he heard... Bold?
