I never liked it as opener. I think it's best as closer of the encore. A real shame that it wasn't played in 1996-1998.

I like the rock n roll ending of it when they played it as a closer but then I think Liam feels like it gets him right up for a gig right from the start by playing it as an opener. Watching some old YouTube videos, Turn Up The Sun was an underrated gig opener.

Definitely at the very end, to me it then says "thank you, I have been a rock n roll star tonight, lets go out with a bang!"
To be honest, I've never go into it being the first track

id rather he switched be here now and rock n roll star I am going to be experimenting with Be Here Now where that track will begin the album as, during the 97 tour, it sounded so good being the very first track. Don't understand why it's last, doesn't feel like a final song for gig to me
