I mate I was from about 1989 until about early 94 then I got bored with it. There's only so many cowies you can take and dance like fuck for 12hrs before it gets stale, used to fuckin love it though and still do even though I cant remember half of it I know I was there |

I used to get in The Colosseum down in Norton. we used to frequent the venue in spennymoor every weekend when there wasnt a Rez on or go to the fubar up in stirling i used to be in with bass generator and sneaky eye and all them so we got lots of free entry to where ever they were playing, also knew a guy who worked as a rep for XL records so he got us a lot of free tickets for raves in the town and country club in leeds. the thing that turned me off raves was when people started showing up looking to start trouble it when from strangers huggin each other in the early 90s to football hooligans wanting to stab people and every fucker was on edge it just wasnt fun no more, i tell you what though mate i had some of the best times of my youth late teens off my face in a massive hall or a field for 12 hrs it was magic |
