It's not as simple as Mike being lead and Jay being rhythm. Jay plays some lead (badly).

Does anybody know why Bonehead isn't in Liams band full time? I know he played Be Here Now in Manchester and Glasgow but why is he not a full time band member? I think he is still good enough for playing rhythm guitar and seeing him playing the Oasis songs would be so cool. Just imagine an acoustic set with just Bonehead and Liam in the middle of the show - a man can dream!

I suspect it might be about the fact that putting the two of them together tends to end in a binge and Liam's trying to be a bit more professional now.

Or the fact Bonehead can't be assed to be in a band full time? Anyway as I said in another thread, Jay should let the other guy do all the lead stuff, he's utter shite Love the guy on the bass, seems like a ledge

Sorry if this is too much off topic - but is there at least a small chance that Bonehead is part of an eventual Oasis reunion? I don't want Beady Eye + Noel. I like Gem a lot but it would be so cool if we could have at least one of the original members too. And the fact that he and Liam are cool nowadays gives me hope that this could really happen. I wouldn't mind Gem as full time guitar player and Bonehead only on some older Oasis tracks from the first 3 albums.

Second: Liam said Bonehead didn't join his new band because Bonehead has his own life to live, & Liam also likes Bonehead as a friend but thinks he's too "dangerous" in a band. Third: Noel previously said that if there were ever to be an Oasis reunion, the line-up would be the same one as when the band broke up. Fourth: All this is pure speculation, as no one is ever bound by Noel or Liam's statements, least of all themselves.

Bonehead would at least be a special guest for the shows in Manchester. Can't imagine that Whitey and Noel will ever play together again. Just like Guigsy and Tony.

I'm absolutely certain he said it, though, but as I said, that means nothing should the band reform sometime in the future.

I think it was either at the press conference when he announced HFB debut or in an interview shortly after.

Interesting video I thought in light of the hammering the lad is getting from some quarters.
No Keith moon but he seems ok to me.

Still need to skills first. Maybe he's struggling with the nerves early on. Not that I think he's been that bad. Just thought it would be a bit Interesting to see.

Someone's taking this a bit too seriously Maybe calm down a bit? For a professional musician to be "struggling" with nerves? That kinda means that you're not a professional musician.

I happen to like the lad and seen this video from six years ago and thought it was Interesting considering what he's doing now.

There's a difference between light hearted sarcasm and biting. One makes you funny. The other makes you sound like a dick. You decide which camp you fall under

Please Gem leave Noel and join Liam's band again. Your guitar work is highly missed.
