I had a look at the Sony Music Video catalogue number on the spine of the box set- it appears it was a region 2 (Western Europe) release designed primarily for mainland Europe. It was released in 2001 and as far as I can see has been discontinued.

A similar set was on eBay for €24.77 plus €9.00 shipping- Ebay Link

It used to be quite a common practice to repackage such individual releases as multiple packs in order to try and increase sales in a secondary market/s where an artist's sales were not as high, or where individual releases may struggle to sell against each other.
