his 10 best songs will hardly change between fans BUT i never thought World71R and Lennon2217 would include You Know We Can't Go Back ..! like how it fits on the album, but it's the one I usually skip This Is The Place, Blue Moon Rising and A Dream Is All I Need are up there It's a damn good song. Noel has hyped up "the spirit of Definitely Maybe" but he actually nailed it in a modern context with that song. It has a great melody that contains a certain intensity and makes you wanna shout out the lyrics with your hands in the air and jumping up & down, especially toward the end where the drums and guitars really drive the song home. Noel's vocals and the harmonies work well too, but I can only imagine Liam singing on it would've made the song perfect. No less, still a good song. I like This is the Place and A Dream is All I Need... This is the Place is up there with Sail On for the best of the EP songs imo.

i know what you mean, but Noel's vocals on this song are average at best. sounds like Embrace (man!!)
his vocals on most of the songs are pretty good, but this with the 90's vibe - not having it (anymore - I remember vaguely liking it when it was released)

It’s a fun and easy song. Sometimes those are cool too.

Jessica Greenfield is pregnant. Happy for her! I do wonder, how ever long it is before touring will be possible again, if that means that she drops out of HFB live band. Sadly I missed Noel on the last tour, I had not yet the chance so see him with his latest band. http://instagram.com/p/CDlnC4ZggJ2

This Is The Place just came on shuffle and hit me like never before It sounds mega The best of Noel’s dancey tunes because it’s a bit heavier than the other ones. Would love Noel to get Holmes in again and throw the kitchen sink at it, make it a real racket of a tune.

In no particular order, my favourite Noel tunes.
Everybody’s On The Run Broken Arrow Dead In The Water While The Song Remains The Same If Love Is The Law Holy Mountain A Dream Is All I Need To Get By Keep On Reaching Beautiful World Sail On Fort Knox The Man Who Built The Moon
Heavily weighted in favour of Who Built The Moon. What an album.
Honourable mentions: Death of You & Me, Riverman, This Is The Place

BMR might have the best batch of tunes as far as the general consensus is, but This Is The Place is definitely the best sounding out of the EPs, Noel did a pretty nice job with those 3 tracks

Listened to WBTM in full for the first time in a while and... I love it
This also means ranking of course:
The Man Who Built The Moon Dead In The Water If Love Is The Law Be Careful What You Wish For (I hated this one when it came out, it's actually mega) She Taught Me How To Fly Keep On Reaching It's A Beautiful World Fort Knox Holy Mountain Black & White Sunshine (still shite)
