Today I found myself wondering why Noel has never played a PRS in the HFB era. I haven’t played one myself, but the bird inlays seem like a natural choice to have at least one. I wonder if PSR ever gifted him one because of this.

It's more than a year ago now but I genuinely think there hasn't been a day since release when the melody Open The Door, See What You Find wasn't stuck in my head. And it's not like I've listened to it that much. Noel is very good at writing catchy tunes but this is unprecedented. Fun to play on the guitar too. And super easy. I’ve found playing and signing Noel’s songs on guitar brings me “closer” to the music — can’t really explain it, but you really feel the melody and the simplistic genius more than just listening to it in my experience. |

And I bet Noel thinks the same I wouldn’t say they look like shit, but they don’t exactly attract me to them either. I play Gibson and Epiphones mainly, but those inlays actually look like some of the artwork on the HFBs posters or albums. But then, birds in flight may just look the same. If nothing else, a photo of could make sense. We often hear his views on other band, old and new, but he talks about guitars very little, unless it was one he’s played. I wonder what he does think of PRS |

I had forgotten that Noel played Angel Child a couple of times back in 2012... I remember the surprise! That was probably the least expected track ever. Great times. I remember this. I bootlegged the song immediately because I so happened to be listening to the stream (I was stopping it and then restarting it again because I was only a teenager at the time, so I was going back and forth, starting and stopping it.) You can imagine how pissed I was that I missed this but ultimately had the means to record it. I don't know how the fuck I did it but somehow I had a seamless stream even though I had been starting and stopping the recording a lot. |

I'm happy for the Oasis reunion as much as the next guy, but the HFB discography is still top tier...
Incredibly privileged to have been able to see them live once, really wished to see Holy Mountain at some point.
Hopefully the reunion is not the end of Noel's solo career!

Every HFBs show that I saw was fantastic. I personally love Noel's voice, I always have. Every new Oasis album, I would look for his songs first. Liam was the main voice of Oasis, no doubt, but I always gravitated to Noel's. But the HFB's gigs were perfect. They sounded amazing, tight, Noel engages the audience, talks with us. It's quite an experience. The one time I saw Liam, honestly was enough for me. He doesn't do much aside from sing, and the songs are okay. I like his solo stuff, but it's not the same for me. Seeing him with Oasis will be much better, I'm sure, but my brother and I both left Liam's show with a "meh" feeling, and yet we never miss Noel. |

Just a question about the CS tour. How much were FV tickets? I live overseas so couldn't go and am just wondering. I went to see him on his other tours but didn't buy them at FV so have no benchmark. Also, how quick did they sell out?

Also, how quick did they sell out? Face value for the Amsterdam gig I attended was 48 euro + booking fees. I'm not sure how quickly they sold out, but they sold out at some point. |

I paid $115 per ticket, $245 total, for Noel/Garbage/Metric VIP tickets last summer. Didn't even get to see Noel! I expect to pay something similar for two tix to the rumored NJ show next summer.
So, to me, the ticket prices were not that crazy for a fucking Oasis reunion show that will have multiple high profile openers added on to increase value.
Dynamic pricing does suck ass though.
