Liam doesn't pay Noel for his songs. The venue where Liam plays Noel's songs pays Noel. If Liam plays I Am the Walrus, the venue needs to pay Lennon/McCartney.

What do you think of Noel's peformances of Step Out in 2000/1? It was the first version of the song I'd heard as it was a b-side not on The Masterplan. I then found my brother had DLBIA on CD and listened to the studio version and hated the vocal compared to FTM. It was almost like a guide vocal Noel had stuck on to show Liam how to sing it, which makes sense considering Liam obviously did do a vocal for it. I don't know which version they had planned on putting on WTSMG.

Decent watch (although audio cuts in the middle for a few seconds).

One of the best things about Oasis is that they completely earned every bit of their success - hard work, persistence, and passion.

What do you think of Noel's peformances of Step Out in 2000/1? Until the Liam-fronted studio version of this song comes out, the FTM version that Noel sang is my official one I'll listen to. He sounds awesome on it and it was an interesting but cool choice for the SOTSOG/Brotherly Love Tour.

Noel sounds awesome on FTM with his more imposing voice, particulary on Step Out and Hey Hey My My, also on Acquiesce when he enters with his part it blows my mind everytime.

What do you think of Noel's peformances of Step Out in 2000/1? Loved it. I heard it on FTM before I heard the b-side and I prefer the live version, it’s got a great burst of energy and noel songs it really well. I’m so glad it got some love on your in Summer 2000/01.

Never really liked Step Out at all.
I know Oasis were never the most original band and Noel liked to ‘borrow’ shall we say but it is basically Uptight with slightly changed lyrics. I don’t even view it as it’s own song. How Noel thought he could get away with it is beyond me.
Also one thing which annoys me is how it was originally supposed to be on Morning Glory. A) it’s not good enough B) If you did feel the need for an extra track, surely any one of the other superior MG era b-sides would have been better C) It would have meant 2 Noel sung Songs on the album when they had the best singer in the world nearing his peak. Going from zero on DM to 2 on MG would have been a big jump

Radio X just said "Some good news if your an Oasis fan, George Godfrey will be telling us about it at 7." What's it gonna be? This? "There is another film being put together by Oasis’ management, set for release next year. This one is about the historic Oasis shows at Knebworth in 1996, where the aforementioned 2016 Oasis documentary Supersonic culminated. " floodmagazine.com/70357/liam-gallagher-refuses-to-change/

They will broadcast "Familiar to millions", that's all. I guess they just wanted to know how many Oasis fans they could trick into tuning in to Radio X with a "big announcement".

listening to the early 90's demos/sessions since ages again.
Colour My Life Take Me Better Let You Know See The Sun Must Be The Music
They all still sound brilliant.
Oasis were/are/will be one of the best.
Speaking of which, the bass line from See The Sun is fantastic. Great job, Guigsy!
