If Noel wanted to save Liam and reform Oasis, he would just do it. He wouldn't write a song about it... If Liam wanted to tell Noel that he's a cun.....t, he would do it and not give us another "Little James", and title it "Don't Brother Me." Oh, erm..... The fact they're brothers doesn't mean they handle situations the same. Noel has stated so many times that he doesn't want to reform Oasis. Why would he go write a song about it? That makes no sense.

The Mighty I, is his son. Noel's favorite website was the Reggae name generator: www.irielion.com/israel/reggaename.htmlDonovan came out at "The Mighty I" - Which Noel thought was brilliant. Weller came out as "Tough Levi" which he calls him now... and Noel's name was "General Dread"- this is why he signs his blog as General Dread. True story

Noel:
"Have you been to that website, the reggae name generator? Well there’s a website that you can go on, where you put in your name, and it’s quite funny, they send your name to the ‘reggae fathers’, right, and it comes back and you get a reggae name, and we’ve all got reggae names right, and mine was ‘General Dread’, my son is called ‘The Mighty I’, and Sara is called ‘Irie Nancy’, so I said to these lot ‘Here you are, never mind all that fucking mod hairdo, get yourself a reggae name!’ So we had them all up in the studio and Liam is called ‘Romeo Dread’, Andy is ‘Tall Scratch’, and Gem is ‘Cool Prophet’! Paul Weller is called ‘Tough Levi’! It’s strangely kinda like ‘..Yeah, brilliant!’, it fits! Serge from Kasabian is called ‘Ganja Prince’, and Tom Meighan is just called ‘Tom Meighan’!"

This also makes sense given we know what DOTL is about. And having 'Mighty I' as the finale for the album is almost this positive hopeful send off. What is DOTL about? Liam. And reuniting Oasis.

Guys, the Mighty I is Sara. if you remember from reading his "Tales from Nowhere" blog, he entered his name and Sara's name (and I think his sons too) into a Rastafarian Name Translator. His was General Dread and Sara's was The Mighty I. (I forget his sons' names, though) You're welcome. No. Sarah is Irie Nancy Donovan is the one that it The Mighty I Sunny is Bunny Dread

"I'll find yyoouuu". He will find Donovan? No idea the relationship between the name of the song and Donovan if any. I only mean in the context of the blog Could just be that this was the song that Donovan loved the most so Noel named it for him.

I do hope it's more than just a random name though as the lyrics seem to be alluding to something

It's such a weird title someone is bound to ask what it means.

Well it's understandable really, it is THE burning question given such BLATANT clues in Noel's album such as Chasing YESTERDAY, Ballad Of The Mighty LIAM, LIAM The Heat Of The Moment, The SONG Remains The Same and Freaky TEETH. The reunion is even more likely to happen now the rest of Oasis have SPLIT up and the individual band members are headlining festivals with THEIR own previous bands too.

He's already said when Oasis will reunite multiple times: When he runs out of cash (I.e. when HFB stall)
Those silly journalists just don't seem to accept the truth.

Noel wrote Mighty I about himself, about losing himself and trying to find himself again. The theme of the album will be about finding himself and reflecting on his past. Of course, he wont have the balls to actually say what his songs are about and that's why he "hates" the album title so much, because its closer to the truth than he likes. Yeah, that's pretty much how I feel as well. I'd add that he also seems to be focusing on the drawbacks and false promises of fame, losing yourself in your own celebrity status, etc. In the Heat of the Moment"They tell me you’ve touched the face of God, like the sound of a rope cracking on your neck" "You better learn to fly, 'cause they’re gonna point you up at the sky" The Dying of the Light"I was told that the streets were paved with gold and there’d be no time for getting old when we were young"

The song is about how many cliche Noel lyrics you can get away with with just one song.

Wasn't The Mighty I the name that reggae website allocated Donovan?
