Although Michael was strange, I don't think he was a paedophile. He just had a bizarre obsession with children, he didn't want to abuse kids, he wanted to be one. The press really should have just left him alone This. Society killed Michael Jackson. HA!

MJ, the King of Pop easily for me.
Not only for his tunes, but as a performer he was second to none.Don't really listen to any of the 3 that much (in fact, I have never intentionally listened to Elvis), but I do play some MJ from time to time. Like right now. Thriller, Beat It, Billy Jean, PYT -- what a fantastic album.Dirty Diana, Don't Stop Until You Get Enough, Black or White, The Way You Make Me Feel, MAN IN THE FUCKING MIRROR(!!!!!)!! You can't beat it (pun intended). If you disagree, you probably need to listen more and don't stop until you get enough! If you still disagree, you can beat it, and take a hard look at the man in the mirror for your poor musical taste. Ok, I'll stop now because you got enough (I can't stop.....(Must. Not. Complete. That. One.)) of my repetitive puns. Seriously, though. MJ hands down. (Don't....). 'Taxman', 'Eleanor Rigby', 'I'm Only Sleeping', 'Here, There and Everywhere' -- what a fantastic album (and they're just four of the first five tracks!) 'Come Together', 'Something', 'I Want You (She's So Heavy)', The Abbey Road Medley -- what a fantastic album 'Dear Prudence', 'While My Guitar Gently Weeps', 'Happiness Is A Warm Gun', 'Yer Blues', 'Helter Skelter' -- you know the score 'Lucy In The Sky With Diamonds', 'Getting Better', 'She's Leaving Home', 'A Day In The Life' -- need I say anymore? However, yes, Jackson was a great performer, I've never seen anyone lip sync quite like it...

This. Society killed Michael Jackson. HA! Instead of trying to help such a troubled guy, the world castigated and ridiculed him. He was the Elephant Man of the 21st Century. Sad.

Society killed Michael Jackson. Jackson killed himself. Nobody else is responsible for his idiocy.

Instead of trying to help such a troubled guy, the world castigated and ridiculed him. He was the Elephant Man of the 21st Century. Sad. How times change then eh, because the Elephant Man of the 19th century certainly wasn't responsible for his deformities, he had no say in the matter, he was just an unlucky soul. Quite the opposite to Jackson with all his skin bleaching, copious amounts of plastic surgery and tattooing his lips red and around his eyes black etcetera, etcetera. If that's not inviting ridicule, I don't know what is. Of course the world castigated someone with more money than they knew what to do with. A man of such incredible wealth that he could afford to live in his own theme park and pay to get himself off trials. A man who then threw it all away in a haze of pills and self-destruction, all because of his self-proclaimed "troubled childhood". The real Elephant Man died in a hospital in London, at just 27 years, of a dislocated neck because he just wanted to sleep lying down "like other people". Jackson, on the other hand, died in a rented LA mansion, a ruin of a man, ravaged by his pills and the debt he had brought on himself by years of obscene behaviour. Jackson was "like other people" and he alone chose to squander that.
