Who do you think was the best?
Arguably the 3 best bands/artists of all time.
My least favourite of the 3 would be Elvis, I like the Beatles, and at their best they are amazing.
But imo its MJ..the complete package, entertainer, dancer, great singer/songwriter.
Forget billie jean, beat it etc..listen to Stranger in moscow, man in the mirror, will you be there

No doubt he was talented but I just can't get over all the weird with Jackson and I'm quite sure I think he WAS a pedophile, which automatically makes everything he ever made completely worthless in my eyes.
For me it's The Beatles all day long. Even if was just John Lennon, I'd pick him above Jackson and Elvis but with Macca and Harrison as well, my god there was some talent in that band...

Stranger In Moscow is a fuckin' top tune and barely anyone knows it, definitely one of MJ's very best and he has a lot of good songs. Up there with Live Forever as one of my favourite songs of all time. Although Michael was strange, I don't think he was a paedophile. He just had a bizarre obsession with children, he didn't want to abuse kids, he wanted to be one. The press really should have just left him alone

the Beatles are my favorite but Elvis is highly influential. the guy popularized rock n' roll...
and from what i've read, the Beatles acted like teenage girls when meeting Elvis.
not to mention Elvis was completely insane, which is fucking awesome. i mean, the guy thought he had healing powers for christ sake. and when he died he had like 15 different drugs in his system. not exactly an amateur...
i like Michael Jackson's music. yeah, he was a weirdo but none of that child molesting stuff was proven and i try not to think about it.
God bless.

God bless. Elvis was the king. The Beatles did in fact act like little girls when meeting him in the summer of 1965. You know what always struck me strange from that legendary meeting? There are no pictures from it except some blurry ones of the Beatles entering and leaving his house in Beverly Hills. How did no one take a picture? Insane if you ask me or maybe the Beatles kept all that stuff extremely private. Either way it is strange when you think of how many Beatles photos there are in the world. Christ, we have seen John's penis and Yoko's big nipples yet no pictures of John, Paul, George and Ringo with the King?

I don't believe MJ was guilty of any of that..he acted like a kid, and had a tough upbringing which took away his childhood which explains a lot imo..becoming so famous before turning 12 must have been hard.
Aside from the fact that he was taking a LOT of shit from everyone during his second trial and was still proven innocent. I bring that up because people say he wasn't thrown in jail because of his fame/love..but that was proabably the lowest point in his career.
Anyway, all 3 were talented but for me its him

Also, those kids knew way too much about what Michael's penis looked liked. How they hell do they know that if nothing ever happened. Just because you have a tough up bringing doesn't mean you get to treat people like animals when you are an adult. The man was a sicko.

I can give you 22 million reasons why that first case was settled out of court. Don't you think it's strange the same stories always popped up about Michael? You think that is just a coincidence? The dude had problems and help decades ago. The second case was a lot of he said, she said stuff. Very hard to prove. The first case had more biting evidence. Like male body part descriptions, birth mark placements, etc.

Don't you think someone with MJ's mentality and money would be the easiest target for easy money?
It's extortion..people settle out of court to avoid a lot of wasted time and the keep their reputation not as an admission of guilt.
I'm sorry but I've looked into this case, and MJ..a lot and I can't believe its true. If you search a bit maybe you'll believe it too, there are tapes with the boys father stating its for the money.
I was like you and believed all the crap the media made up about him..do you also believe he bleached his skin?

Please read the biography by michael jacksons old bodyguard, Mjs penis was not anything like they described, the money was exchanged because Mj was becoming sick with painkillers, touring, not sleeping, not eating etc he was PERSUADED to pay them, he knew he'd look guilty but he had no choice, the boy who accused him came out after his death and said he lied because his father needed money, he liked children in the way another child would he saw them as friends because adults only liked him because they wanted something fame....money. Mj wasn't just famous he was like a god to some people, it would make anyone crazy. Its funny how people loved him to death then turned on him when someone made an ACCUSATION. he was acquitted, in the eyes of the law he was innocent, I think its unfair to still accuse when he was proved innocent. If there ws evidence it happened he Would of been proved guilty. FACT.

Just because you have a tough up bringing doesn't mean you get to treat people like animals when you are an adult. The man was a sicko. Abso-bloody-lutely. I had got to the point of believing that maybe Jackson wasn't a pedophile after all because the more you read and see of him the more completely off his head he sounds to the point where it's like, well maybe he is that stupid and off his face on all sorts that he doesn't realise that his obsessions with children and openly admitting to sleeping in the same bed as some kids are just wrong. But then I stumbled across an article by some guy who obviously felt Jacko was guilty and the majority of it felt like him venting his grudge against Jackson until, near the bottom of the page where he mentioned how a kid was able to give a detailed description of Jackson's genitalia, including the shape of the blotches on his skin when it became erect. Added to that, it's pretty much confirmed i think that he had an alarm that would ring whenever someone got near to his bedroom door. Sure, his staff never witnessed any wrong-doing with him and any children but if he had time to cover up I don't suppose they would, would he? All that and the well-known paying off of the first case is enough for me to believe he was a pedo. I've always felt the whole timid persona and all the "I have the heart of a child" thing was bull as well, how could a timid man then get on stage in front of all those people and perform like he did. That doesn't look like a timid man to me. In my opinion he used his tough upbringing as a cover-up to his vile acts, a little like Jimmy Savile running all those marathons and raising all that money for hospitals just so he could get access to all those sick and helpless kids, pedophiles are crafty bastards they really are and I think Jackson's no different. Sure, Jackson had it quite rough when he was a kid but lots of people have and lots of people will, hell even our very own Gallagher brothers suffered some cruelty at their hands of their dad and they've never dangled a kid over a balcony or bought or bought a friggin great theme park for their back garden. On the original post, yes a great entertainer, writer of pop music and dancer but king of pop? Nah, if anything I'd say The Beatles are the true kings of pop, they pretty much invented modern pop music. His voice wasn't all that special really compared to some of the greats and his dancing, though entertaining to watch was largely just James Brown with the moonwalk and a few crotch grabs chucked in there.

The only time he felt confident was on stage..it isn't really hard to believe when you have thousands of people screaming your name.
Off stage he was surrounded by a lot of fake, 2-faced people who were after his money.
His whole family (all his brothers and sisters) are all timid/shy..so was he

People can believe what they want to believe, but MJ cared a lot about people less fortunate than himself, earth song, heal the world etc etc showed that. Just remember he didnt want to do those concerts in 09 but he gave so much away to charities that he literaly had no money left. Its sad but his generosity killed him. Personally I think its really sad that someone would give so much just to get called a 'freak'. His legacy is worth a pittance compared to what he achieved because he literally gave it all way. thats my view anyway.

People seem unable to believe what a vile person Jackson was. Apart from his disgusting "interest" in children (most of which were bought off when they brought legal action), his betrayal of McCartney over the Beatles song catalogue (and numerous other business associates) is legendary.
The self-proclaimed "King Of Pop" (he refused to attend an awards show unless they crowned him with that title) had a handful of hit songs and their success had more to do with his extravegant, ego driven video clips than anything to do with the (now rather dated) quality of the songs themselves.
Listing him alongside Elvis or The Beatles - and missing out thousands of more deserving artists - is disgraceful.

I think I'm gonna have to put the conversation on the straight and narrow, at the end of the day the OP asked a question about which of the big 3 was the best. I like to think he was on about their musical talents I think all of them were the best in the genres that they associated themselves with, I haven't been an avid listener of any of those 3 but you can see straight away what made them legends.
