They close pal is all shall say but all is not as bad as people think just because they aint seen in press or regularly speak to each doesnt mean they dont speak at all.oasis was there life they lived and breathed it but noel simply wanted a break and to get his solo stuff done.thats all... As far as I was aware they've ony spoke the once after the Olympics closin' ceremony & once by text? Noel wanted a break my arse, if that's all he wanted that's all he would have done, not left the band. |

Some people seriously need to move on from Oasis. It isn't happening and I'm not sure I'd want it to happen anyway I'm with you. Annoying that every time anything happens immediately people theorize how this affects the chance of the Oasis reunion. BDI's last UK tour leg doesn't sell out --- definitely it'll happen Liam sues Noel --- Not happening Noel's album sells well ---not happening BE doesn't sell well --- definitely happening Liam's paternity suit --- definitely happening |

Why not ? after all in the end he only sung a few tunes on the record, fucked off to get married (erm), didnt sing on the good tunes his brother wrote, and led the band to break up... I mean, Noel could take singing duties and here we go, new Oasis record !!!

This latest drama with Liam will just make Noel even more glad he ain't in a band with him anymore. Noel is all about the music, puttin' on great gigs while Liam doesna seem to give a fuck anymore about the shows, he's more interested in the rock 'n' roll lifestyle it seems. Oasis should never get back together, certain things should be left in the past but I think at some point sadly they will get back.

Oasis should never get back together, certain things should be left in the past but I think at some point sadly they will get back. noel is putting on great gigs??? beady eye are a hundred times better, I almost fell asleep at noels concert, only supersonic saved the concert from being total waste of time. anyway why would anyone would want oasis to reform when most seem to hate liam anyway. iv seen oasis 18 times, but none were as good as beady eye at the abc Glasgow. band were amazing!!!  |

I have a feeling that most forum members who want Oasis to reform are the ones that got into the band between 2005-2009 and didn't get to see them tour that much. This is the era I know as Oasis mostly going "through the motions". Especially on tour. |

Do you seriously think latter day Oasis have anything left to offer? The output we're getting now is way better than anything Oasis would do, both in quality and quantity. Oasis, at the end, seemed held back in concept and formula and didn't seem to be able to take any risks to evolve to a new era. That changed when Noel left the band and Beady Eye formed. I'm all for change, I've already experienced Oasis. |

I wouldn't mind some DM/WTSMG reunion tours or maybe an anniversary show at Knebworth or something. I don't know that I am too interested in seeing another Oasis album though. I prefer the output we are getting now from both NG and BE.

Dont know whether anyone is the same, but I always take the Liam/Noel relationship with a pinch of salt.
The amount of stuff Noel comes out with, half of it's either exaggerated or just made up.
on a side note, just seen a photo of Liam with Anais, plus Anais with Liam's boys. So there's definitely a more than meets the eye when it comes to Noel's story telling.
