noel and Liam change their minds every other week, maybe they will, maybe they wont, only time will tell. Good idea though just to do the laps of honor then go back to their own thing it might just work.

Honestly ...I think I said this before , I think if they ever do a one off " farewell tour " or anniversary of Dm tour it would be 5 years after 2014 ... 2019 ... 25 th anniversary is bigger in marriage than 20 ...and quarter century sounds more impressive .. Plus that's 6 years more to age , mellow, reflect , the clamor will be there as legend grows , they are not a band in the UK that will be forgotten it just makes more sense , Noel in 2014 will be busy most likely , and time heals ...jmo ( and no Lennon2217 I know it's not a reformation , lol just think if they do a lap of honor 25 years and more time will be best IMO. )

I definitely get the impression from Noel's recent comments on the Bowie album, etc. that he'd only reform Oasis if there *was* a new album.

A new album would be amazing, Liam's improving his songwriting, Andy and Gem are pitching in too, add that + Noel and you have another #1 album. I'd love another WTSMG quality album and its very possible

I believe that was also called Oasis 2000-2008 with their greatest hits setlists. Dig Out Your Soul tour was a perfect example of this. My official stance:

As you know i was using that term cause that is what it was called ... And as you know nobody knew that was there last tour , I'm just saying that Liam said he would be up for it today , who knows about what he will say toomorow ?? But I just said if it happens it should be 25 year anniversary don't care if they call it lap of honor , greatest hits or doing it for the money . Ill be happy no matter

Lennon2217 don't know what your on about guess you don't like the idea , ok cool. I was gonna drop it but you said 2000 - 2008! was a greatest hits tour so I took 2005. MSG setlist. They played 18 tunes one was. My generation they played 17 oasis tune 8 off off of DBTT. 8 out of 17 almost half of there own songs were off record they were supporting ...hardly a greatest hit concert

I'm just repeating how Noel classified Oasis setlists during this era.

Just thought I would check that all Anyway it's a moot issue as it won't happen

I'm just being bratty about reuniting talk. I don't think it'll happen. We've all been there and done that. Noel is having a great solo career. Beady Eye righted the ship. Loads of music for all. Everyone is happy in both camps...I think.

That's why I tagged you , I knew it would get a little juice , had to keep things spicy , as I said I'm sure it's a moot issue , unless money ever becomes a issue , but barring that I can't see it . Sometimes you gotta have a bit of debate in between friends to keep things interesting no ? You know I respect your views on music and I know your way into the newer stuff thats I tagged you , l just fucking around a bit ,

Please don't! I love what Beady Eye are doing without Noel. They seem happier in this band and they look more relaxed. BE shows their potential the same way Noel's album showed that he's jumped the shark. Beady Eye>Noel
