Finally decided to pick up a 4 track after years of just playing oasis songs and have a bash at writing some tunes, nothing any good so far but wondered if anyone else just starting out fancied collaborating or helping each other out online? Just got my guitars and a 4 track at the mo, so any other instruments, anyone good with drum tracks or decent vocals ( I really cant sing!) would be fantastic I have knocked up very very quickly a couple of demo tracks on soundcloud at soundcloud.com/simon81uk and will add more as i get used to the equipment! If anyone fancies it just drop a pm on here!

I can sing. I see potential in HYMM, but I don't know if I'm able to record something though. I use Logic Pro for Mac. So I'm not sure if one can import projects from a 4 track to Logic.
I have to say that I liked both songs. With better recording they can be really good.

Sounds like something BDI would write, and I don't mean that in a good way.
Just kidding. Good job mate

If it was put on soundcloud it had to be an mp3 which everything is recorded as a wav or aiff depending on pc or Mac. But either wav aiff or mp3 can be imported to logic pro or pro tools

I'd be interested in collaborating. I can play a piano (any instrument/synth), sing somewhat decent (At least harmonies/backing vocals), I can play bass, acoustic or electric guitar. Visit my soundcloud page to get a feel for what I can bring to the table. soundcloud.com/rmillis-1/
