The DC show was amazing, looks like Noel dropped Wonderwall from the setlist for Whatever.. and it was great to hear Whatever live... i'm not sure the last time I heard Noel sing it. I went to the exchange to grab a drink and some dinner before the show. Someone had loaded up the jukebox with BDI, NGHFB, and of course Oasis. Bartender was cool and gave me a free shot of bourbon. It was kinda cool to be just a few blocks away from the White House, but driving in DC is a bitch. Great venue, reminded me of the Beacon in NYC. I sat to Noel's left about 12 rows back. There was a dancing stooge about 4 Rows up in an isle seat. I think he a had an Obama T-shirt with the sleeves cut off... very entertaining... Well he seemed to be having a good time. But I must say, It kinda felt good to see younger fans there. I think to myself music does have chance... anyways Cheers to all the great fans there (including the dancing fool) !

i definitely dropped about $40 in the jukebox that night...well worth it! for those who where at the tam before the boston show, that was an epic pre-show singalong. the exchange did not live up to it, not because if us, but because the place fell a little short of that due to the environment. still...amazing time seeing some of you there and chatting and having a laugh. at least we had the tunes on... great show. crowed was in to it. noel was amazing as always. never misses a note. i know a singer who nearly missed all of them since 2002.
