What's the main difference between RM the demo, and the present version. Is it comparable to a particular Oasis track? And how do you mean something we've not heard in ages? Do you mean a Masterplan or Whatever kind of arrangements? Edit: Thank you again Jeff

UK journos probably have it already, I'm sure. especially the monthlies. It's not out here in the States for over a month so they are keeping it pretty under wraps. but I was promised a copy shortly so I'll post an update then. Let's see. Overall the sound is very clean. Polished. So Rm sounds finished. Not different, but trimmed down. And the breakdown section now really breaks down to almost nothing. Noel's vocal on RM was the least-strong of the bunch, but still pretty great. Hope that helps.

I think RM and EOTR are at least as strong as the other 3. I actually like a lot of things about TDOYAM as it's a bit leftfield and has a really strong vocal with a bit of "grit" on it. EOTR is more of an Oasis/Chem Bros blend, if you know what I mean. RM is the tune you know but cleaned up/finalized.

Thanks for that!
If copies will be sent out shortly that means we can legitimately wait for a leak very soon

I'm gonna try and wait for the proper release now with it being only a few weeks off. Its much better listening to a quality recording than a download. But saying that I will prob struggle not to listen to it if I know its out there.

Thanks for the info Jeff!
Ok, before reading your RM description, I though that Noel was the laziest man in earth...but now I'm sure that Sardy is THE LAZIEST...

I believe I asked you this in the first thread:
On the second listen now, if you had to give a grade or rating based on what you've heard so far. What would it be? Scale could be 1-10, A-F, or DM-HC.

I was banking on this song being the best song off the album. The soundcheck demo sounded amazing. And the choir and strings instrumental sounded HUGE. I am really looking forward to this song, but if you're saying you enjoyed TDOYAM more...well I just don't know, i suppose to each is own.

The way TDOYAM is being passed as amazing and whatnot from critics and etc. makes me see it as very overrated. That could just be me... Yeah, it's a good song, but really? I still expect more from EOTR like you.

Thanks, K+ jeff! Were there any lyrical differences in RM that you noticed (like replacing the words "mouth" and "spit")? Did Noel change the middle 8/"can't give me a reason" part (let's hope he didn't)? And like spaneli said, a rating of the new (and "old") songs would be great!
