^^Speak for yourself sista girl! I get what you mean, but having been able to enjoy these secret songs for two years is pretty much worth it. What I am looking forward to most is when Noel picks up the guitar and plays an old song we've not heard in ages, like Digsy's Dinner or My Big Mouth (during the DOYS tour..what a joy that was!)

I would love to hear him soundcheck with odd Oasis tracks.
Doubt he'll soundcheck new tunes anymore though now that he knows we are everywhere recording it all. No gig too far to avoid the bootlegs.

Do they allow taping and photos at the shows by fans in the audience? I'll be front row in Philly, but don't want to lose my camera if security decides taping's off limits...

I am going to Philly and would love to know what security is like I got a Zoom H1 and a JVC Handy Cam. I need to figure out which I am bringing with me... I definitly can't bring both, The zoom gives top quality audio! So all comes down to security.. I can easily sneak the zoom in though...

I think it depends on the security. Usually, you are fine with a personal camera but they give you a hard time if you've got professional equipment or a tripod or something. Also, if they think you're videotaping (as opposed to taking a normal photograph), they'll hassle you.

I am thinking the audio recording would be easiest. The sound quality is going to be top.

Agreed. But he's bound to play some tunes he wouldn't normally perform live. Soundcheck recording is a must.

How do you record a soundcheck? Do they let you in or sell tix? Just curious. I'd love to attend one, if it was possible.

You have to be sneaky and hang around the venue. That's how I did it. I think they started warming up at about 2-3pm the day of the gig.

I don't have any recording equipment, but Boston should be a decent recording venue. Sound is good and it's a seated hall, so it'd probably be pretty easy to have something on your lap during the show..
