I think that if you put #asknoel anywhere in the tweet or comment it'll be OK. Doesn't matter where.
When he did that last webchat in 2005 they said @ the start that 5000 questions had already been submitted. I don't know how they collected those questions though.
I would imagine since it is airing midday on a Monday in the US when many of us over here won't be able to watch that they will be able to sit down and watch it uninterupted and submit questions.
I hope the questions submitted over the past couple of days are valid because I am working and though I am going to try and watch it on my lunch I don't have a great deal in the way of the ability to schedule my day around something like this. I've submitted a few questions by twitter and hope they are being stored.
Fingers crossed

I'm hoping they put a recorded video of this up after the fact as I, like GDForever, will be unable to watch it live.....

I'm hoping they put a recorded video of this up after the fact as I, like GDForever, will be unable to watch it live..... The webchat will also be recorded so fans unable to view the broadcast live can catch it again on Noel's Facebook page from 21:00 EST (Eastern Standard Time USA) then on Noel's YouTube channel shortly afterwards.
