If you're basing this off the lyric alone, I'm not too sure. The only verbatim part is "summer in the city", which is a phrase that surely can't be copyrighted. And the only other 'crime' is "pretty" rhyming with the likes of "gritty." It's a weak case.
We'll see how the rest of the song pans out, though

Of course they cant sue him for using the lyrical phrase "summer in the city".
