Lemon Twigs. Songs for the General public
If you're into Bowie / 70s garage music I highly recommend it. It's a masterpiece.

The Rolling Stones - Exile on Main St.
I've never listened to an album that screamed COCAINE more than this one. Be Here Now is not even close.

Fleet Foxes Rarely hear harmonies in music these days, so this album sticks out from recent years. One of the best albums of the last 20 years, no studio trickery just good old folk performed to the highest standard. Just picked this up too. Great album!

Paul McCartney - Chaos & Creation in the BackyardOne of his very finest and most intimate albums. Probably his most introspective and personal from a lyrical point of view, and quite revealing when you delve into it which surprises you for a guy who rarely explicitly reveals himself. Fine restrained production from Nigel Godrich too. It's actually an album I ignored for a few years before getting in to it, but ultimately, it is his most rewarding album. Definitely one of the essential McCartney albums.

The only album I have heard all of is Band on the Run, which I do like.

My favourites are Ram, Red Rose Speedway, BOTR, Venus and Mars, Back To the Egg, Tug of War, Flamming Pie and Chaos and Creation. There's lots of amazing songs on the other albums too though. I'd avoid most of his 80's and early 90's output.

It's regarded as one of the best albums of the '90s, and for good reason. What a beautifully-layered and well-written collection of songs it is, which somehow manage to rock hard and then get very intimate, all with careful considerations for intricate melodies, good song structure, and amazing production.

The Low-End Theory by ATCQ (We Got it From Here... before that)
I think that might be a top 5 hip-hop album of all-time and personally, for me. There are so many good songs, the production is pristine, and the flows & lyrics are top-notch. It's no wonder why this album ended up being so influential.
