they had some good shows on this tour but the predictability of the setlist, the low emotion and the little connection they made with their public made it a very forgettable tour. If by the time they come out and tour again they keep this same setlist (12 songs from the 94-95 period+1 b-side+5-6 songs from the new album) they'll officially be a nostalgia act.
I like DOYS but the tour didn't really help the album, if anything it made it more irrelevant than it already was.

Mogly, you're just a sad wanker, this tour has been their best since Be Here Now in 97-98. So whats the point of complaining? The SOTSOG tour was a mess, the HC tour was shite because the album was weak. Liam struggled throu the DBTT tour. But this one was fantastic! I've seen them 6 times

[[the Dig OUt Your Soul tour]]
It became the same after a while. Whenever i saw them, i could feel just a shitload of tension going on between Noel and Liam. It wasn't the same as it was in 2005, they seemed a lot more united as a band []. Plus i personally didn't like Liam's voice this tour! Weird huh? Im so used to hearing the '05 shows i love it now! But when i hear the 08/09 shows i don't feel Liam is singing it and its someone else instead. I liked the raspy/tired edge Liam had.
Dont get me wrong, the venues and live shows have been amazing but the vibe and feel i get when i think of this tour as a whole, its a negative kind. Its like there are problems going on that keep building up as tour continues and its becoming more and more miserable.
I don't know, thats just what I personally think.
