Those of you who live in/near Detroit, are there any good pubs near the Palace. I'm driving up from Indiana and wanna get hammered before the gig. thanks.

Ugh..I just noticed it costs $15 to park. Does anyone know if there's some lots near the Palace that you can park in for less? Or is there a hotel or something like that nearby where I could stash my car?

Not really any good pubs in the area as the palace is in auburn hills, but The Post bar is literally across the street from the Palace. Sure I'll be there.
