Some fans are saying that its seated general admission...is that true?? I have never heard of such a thing! Anyone know anything?

in the past, the floor has been GA standing room...the rest of the place is seated (i don't remember is it is GA). I have seen many shows there, including oasis 2x.... the floor is usually completely open

its a pretty good place to see a show. I think it holds about 7-8 thousand. I am hoping to grab tix as well. Best of luck!!!

Looks like it will depend if they open the floor up or not...

Seating:
There are no chairs on the floor for general admission events; the floor is standing room only. For a concert where the floor is general admission, the permanent seats in the arena are RESERVED seats. On each general admission ticket there are numbers printed for "seat" and "row," but these numbers are for ticketing inventory purposes only, and do not correspond to a location inside the building.

I got my tickets, section 2 (front and center) was impossible to get, I had to stick with section 1....I'm not as happy as a could have been

Section 3, Row N was what I got at about 10:02am. Probably not terribly far away from where I stood in 2000 when it was GA.
My theory, too, is that I'm old(er) than back in 2000 when I was in college, and the thought of standing outside in 30 degree weather in December to get a good GA standing spot is a huge turnoff. So I like the assigned seating.

I hear you...maybe I am getting old but I feel the same way. Besides I am going to a GA show in Vegas and will just have to line up in the Palms casino. It will be warm and there will be smoking hot chicks walking around, so I don't mind that at all.
