Dear Customer,
Last night the third party company producing the Oasis e-tickets encountered a computer problem which has resulted in some customers not receiving their tickets and others receiving duplicate orders.
To avoid any further confusion we have decided to cancel all of these e-tickets and reissue.
Please delete any e-tickets you have received to date as they will not be accepted under any circumstances.
Your new tickets will be emailed to you in the next two days, and these are the ones you should use on the night.
The Eden Project apologises for any inconvenience caused.
