What do you give the album version?
It give it a 7.5
Nice album filler type track but not single worthy. My views may change after hearing it more. Maybe after a few cold ones my views may change.

8.5. they're taking chances and trying new things so they get massive credit for that; still it has the oasis touch, they get credit for that too. good lyrics only one lame part "if you know what I mean"... very very good

9/10 really immediate reaction from me which only occurred on 2 songs on DBTT (TIOBI and POTQ)
the percussion really stands out and Noel's vocals are tip top, if the album is of this quality from top to bottom, it will be their third masterpiece

8.5/10, best Noel sung tune (along with TIOBI and POTQ) since 95.

For me it really follows the path of Part of The Queue... a different beat sung by noel... and I absolutely love POTQ... my point is that for me POTQ is an 8.5... guess Falling Down should be 7.5...

the production sounds very much like tomorrow never knows. i like it, but dont know why noel went for such a similar sound to the beatles track. he did the same with setting sun (though i guess the chems were involved with that one too). heck the lyric even has the line 'setting sun.' its tomorrow never noels mark 2!

8/10 for now. A really solid track along the lines of Part Of The Queue, quality-wise and how it's a bit of a different sound that works well.

"If you won't save me, please don't waste my time"
Brilliant. Definitely ridiculously better than anything they've released in like 8 years. Huge fan of this.

i only heard the preview and will wait until it's sold on the u.s. itunes to buy it. It most likely wont be on US itunes. The reason I believe this is the Japan store looks exactly the same as the US store. They only have those few things that the US does, BUT they have Falling Down. It got released on the UK store as well. Here it is midnight and its not on the US store (it rolled out at midnight for those other countries). I wouldnt bet on this showing up in the US store.
