i have a flat screen HD tv that has a seriel port on the side similar to the ones on the back of the computer.

i also have a tv that just has the red,white, and yellow pins for audio and video

you need a tv card on your computer to watch tv

I'm guessing it should bring the cable with it when you buy it. if not, go to an electronics/computers shop and ask for something like this:
