Hey.
Hoping someone can help
I tried to log on to my broadband internet a fewdays ago and it said 'Page Cannot Be Displayed'. So I called NTL and they couldn't sort it out over the phone and sent out an engineer and he said there were 'drivers' missing from the computer and that there is nothing he could do. I've had it fo a year so I don't understand how these 'Drivers' could be missing all of a sudden.
I know its a long shot but does anyone have any idea what said drivers could be? I'm running Windows 2000.
Thanks

So the engineer knew you were missing some drivers but he couldnt re-install them for you? What a cock! ;D Anyway, I take it from your description of the problem he means the drivers that your broadband modem uses are missing or not working correctly. In that case, you should have the drivers you need on the cd which came with your modem when you signed up for your broadband package mate so you can re-install them yourself
