its a real player track, audio or video?

AUDIO
id convert to wav or mp3 first, - dbPowerAmp Audio Converter - FREEWARE
then its simple enough to use audio editing programs such as WavePad - FREEWARE

VIDEO
id convert the real video to mpg using RAD video tools - FREEWARE
then simple mpeg cutting programs to split the tracks
