The results for the NME’s annual Glastonbury Festival survey have just been announced, revealing all the answers to question like “Did you have sex on site?”, “On which night?” and “Did you do it in a tent?”
As the mud finally settles over Pilton Farm for another year comes the results of the NME’s annual Glastonbury poll, which indicates that the festival witnessed more sex and less crime than ever before.
The survey of more than 2,000 people proved that rain and mud did little to dampen the flames of festival passion with an estimated 36,500 festival goers having sex at this year's event - with a massive 43% admitting to meeting their partners at the event.
The massive reported drop in crime was reflected in tiny results for burglary and mugging, and booze and cigarettes proved to be the most popular intoxicant of choice ahead of marijuana, mushrooms and ecstasy.
Musically Paul McCartney and Muse were judged two of the best acts at the event (Oasis only polled 6%) and the most surprisingly hit of the weekend were Scissor Sisters by some way.
