COLDPLAY SINGER WANTS MALICIOUS DAMAGE CHARGE DROPPED
CHRIS MARTIN has requested police drop a charge of malicious damage against him relating to an alleged incident in Australia.
As previously reported, the Coldplay singer was allegedly involved in an incident in July this year with a photographer at the popular Byron Bay beach resort where he was surfing.
Photographer Jon Lister claims Martin demanded he deleted the pictures of him surfing from a digital camera. As the argument progressed it is alleged he went at Lister’s vehicle with a rock, before attempting to let the air out of his tyres (whoa!).
BBC news reports that a hearing today his lawyer, Megan Cusack, asked for the charge to be dropped. Magistrate Chris Bone adjourned the case until 21 November.
- What a true rock and roll bad boy. Next time you're gonna do a tune up Chris, remember to check the oil and washer fluid. maybe throw in a tire rotation while you're at it.
