Has got to be Stop Crying Your Heart Out. The song sounds completely different to the final recorded version but in it's own way it is equally fantastic.
I like demos like that, that show the development of the tune from initial idea to finished piece. The ones that just sound like the final version but a bit rougher and with Noel singing are less interesting to me.
