I urge every single person who has slated the playing of Liam's band to go and watch Be Here Now from the Reading gig. The sheer power and energy in that performance is unbelievable to the point where I would say it's my favourite live version of the song ever. Even though he messed up his words at one point it's still one of my favourite Liam performances, not just post millennium but damn near ever. Trust me go play it. Agree it was immense

I'd love RNRS as last song of main set. Open with Hello or Acquiesce. Leave it to the crowd to sing noels bit Before I read the last part I fuckin died inside a bit imagining Drew butchering Acquiesce

It is a proper tune, 4/5 imho tbh. Noel sounds great singing it too. Actually this might be my favourite version:
Sometimes I wonder how it would've sounded if they did it a la Aquiesce, with Liam doing the verses and Noel the chorus. Mega I think.

I like how we seem to have more female members on the forum now, females are much better news and information finders and stalkers.... Thanks. I take care of my sick father.. so this gives me something different to do... the only issue I have is deciding on what thread to put it on.. Lay it on me, yeah

Of the post-2000's albums, DOYS has aged the best. The songs on there that I thought were good at the time, are still good. If fact, even some of the average songs have risen over the years, specifically TBWTL and HHL. The production is still super solid too. This is in sharp contrast to DBTT, where the songwriting has not stood up and the production is horrid. The same could be said of Heathen Chemistry. The only post-2000 album in the running with DOYS is SOTSOG, but songs like WDIAGW and SMC that were once considered highlights of the album have only fallen further and further as the years have passed. In fact, you can make the case that there are only about 5 songs on that album that have aged well, FITB, GLIO, Who Feels Love, Gas Panic, and Roll it Over. On the hand, you can probably find, at minimum, 7 songs on DOYS that have done so, and up to 8 or 9 (depending if you like either HHL, TBWTL, or both). In my opinion, DOYS is only post-2000 album that combined both high song and production quality. I fuckin love WDIAGW tbh and still like SMC so that gives me 7/10 from SOTSOG. But yeah as an album DOYS is indeed superior, it just flows much better and has grown a lot on me since I first listened to it. I'd rank it my 4th favourite but very close to BHN tbh

I guess Liam is the only rockstar who isn't allowed to have affairs. "..and I've been crucified for just being alive.."It's amazing how many people are MISSING the point here. Nobody said he can't have an affair. He shouldn't but he could. My point was that saying that patsy and Nicole's celeb lifestyles caused their divorces is absurd when it was the adultry used in the divorce proceedings. I'm just letting people know fact from fiction. Truth from fake news. Accept whichever you like. Eh maybe but I've seen people throwing around the fact he had affairs as if it actually tells something about his character. It's bullshit.

Rock'n'Roll Star is an ENORMOUS song. We all know it but better say it again. Fucking belter. Never been a massive fan of the outro though. Same here tbh, still madferrit though Oasis' "I Am The Walrus" > The Beatles' "I Am The Walrus". Absolutely.

I like both songs but SS gets the nod for actually being played by the band and also because I love how the crowd would go extra apeshit when Liam walked in
