Wow, Spotify has created me "Your Top Songs 2016" playlist with 101 songs and it's pretty damn good! They also gave me lots of different stats and some of them actually scares me... I've listened to 57 809 minutes music this year, that's like 40 days! 1029 different artists and 4132 different songs. My top tracks were She Bangs The Drums, I Wanna Be Adored and Cigarettes & Alcohol. Top artists were: Oasis (it says I belong to "top fan percent" or something), Stone Roses, The Beatles, The Smiths and The Jam. How did you get the stats?

mimmihopps Thanks so much for all the info, really appreciate it. Love the Banksy exhibition. Will definitely go there. Also I just bought tickets for the Bewilder gig, listened to a few songs before and they sound very nice. Also saw that New Model Army play at Melkweg on Sunday. I´m no fan but they are fine so maybe we go there after the match if we have time. And yeah we will go to Amsterdam Arena, I know some of Ajax F-Side. Crazy lads but friendly when they trust you I hope for no rain, forecast says so at least but I´m trying my best to bring Sun You're very welcome. Glad that you're going to visit Banksy exhibition and to see Bewilder at Bitterzoet. I haven't seen them live yet, but have seen GEM quite often when they were still playing and Maurits (front man of GEM, now Bewilder's) is a nice lad. I think he's an Oasis fan too. Hope you can still go to see New Model Army after the match on Sunday as well. Enjoy the match, but stay safe!

I've got a interview tomorrow on a little local radio to talk about the music of my band. We'll probably be not accompanied by any bandmate, as they will be working. Looking forward to it ! Hey man that's great! And I don't think you told us, or maybe I've missed it, but I'm curious: what's the name of your band? We're not sure yet but, we (I, ahah) went for "Brighter Day" (not quite sure about it) The interview was very short but still cool. It's about the bands of the city. The guy asked me about the influences, what meant the name of the band and when we will start the gigs. He also asked what song I would like to be played over the interview. "Some Might Say" of course The radio will broadcast the interview in 10 days but I don't know in what form, yet.

Beady’s Here Now on bass guitar/vocals, universalgleam on piano/vocals and as the forum's curmudgeonly old git I'll do drums
Sorry lads but it seems like the appropriate tune given the last couple of days!

The sad thing is you´re right. The sadder (is this english?) thing is I start to don´t care anymore. I will wait for thursday, if she´s at the airport - okay. If not I will "rethink" this all while being drunk in Holland. I would prefer being with her though...

So, apparently our new Minister of Education, Universities and Research hasn't even got a degree (and she lied about having one). And the minister of Foreign Affairs can't speak English. That's great And then during job interviews you get rejected because "you can't speak German or French" or because (in spite of your hard-earned bachelor+master degrees) "you don't have enough know-how/experience for the job".

guigsysEstring, I took your advice. Thought about it all day today and came to the logical conclusion: Told her that I want to remain friends for now. That I'm in a bad place right now and wouldn't be able to give full commitment or attention or effort to her and that wouldn't be fair to her or even us. Told her that I still care about her and that we could always try a relationship later in the short term future - that I will keep that door and opportunity always open as I would still love to be in a relationship with her. I ended by saying I desperately still want her in my life, and to see where the future takes us. It was actually really well worded. She hasnt responded yet. I know it hurts though. But I know this was the right thing....FUCK. Tagging Let It 🩸, mimmihopps, eva, Mean Mrs. Mustard, mystoryisgory Hope you didn't give the girl your real name, phone number and address......always use a fake name, your secondary phone number and never take them to your actual residence. Tip: always use the same fake name, easier to keep your stories straight. Thanks.

Image living with our world's current acess to information. Now...
You see technology, cuisine, art and overall life thrive everywhere. But in your country you can barely find anything from 2002+ at impossible to pay prices You see how the biggest problems most people face in their daily lives are getting late somewhere, or dealing with stupid social movements. But in your country, finding food, medicine and avoiding crime to survive on a daily basis is what people face.
You see how in other countries people aim for high achievements, and they are actually given chances to sucess if they work hard. But in your country, you know that whatever you do, whatever you try, you won't be rich, or sucessful, or atleast happy, because every single decent thing around you is slowly being taken away or dissapearing. And you can do nothing about it.
You see how in other countries people defend their nation. There are true patriots. There are those who love their flag and their history. But in your country, everything you hear is "this shit, this shit country, this piece of shit land", how the "Patriots" are political puppets who only act for economic benefits. You see how the international community looks at you, KNOW you are dying, but they don't help, they laugh and they joke and they point towards the "monkeys" who praise Chavez.
That is living in Venezuela.

What the forum do not know is what Noriega and Orteiga (sp?) did to the country, Chavez in bed with the Communists there?

just played the new resident evil demo, convinced myself that I wouldnt get jump scared, found a key to the basement of the house, went down there and its some blair witch project type shit, nearly threw my controller across the room. giving me flashbacks to that damn dog jumping through the window in the first game.

It's starting to look like I won't get Marr's book before my holiday And I don't have time to read it after the holiday because I'm going to army in January and I'll have to be there at least 2 weeks without being able to visit home. After couple of weeks it's only some weekends free so I can't really read it during my service. Fucking hell, I can't even play guitar...

That was my reaction one minute ago when I had accidentally scrolled my headphones to full volume and started playing My Bloody Valentine...

Bang on pumped to work on a new project...
Sadly, the last one has been shelved for a number of logistical reasons. Still love the idea of it though.
Moving on.
