I haven't been on this board for years as I don't consider myself a diehard anymore. Recently I started to listen to Oasis albums again and found that they're as good as ever. As I happened to go travelling in Seoul in November, and just realised Noel will be touring there, I was eager to get a ticket. I didn't even realise that he has so fucking many fans in Korea (all the tickets were sold out in a minute for both days on 27th and 28th in Jamsil Arena), so I had to go on ticketbay for expensive tickets from touts for the Jamsil Stadium on 28th lol. Anyway, as a former Noel massive fanboy before, I sought for touts again for the "A very special night in Seoul" at Meonghwa Live Hall on 25th. Turns out there's nothing special at all lol. Well, I've known this guy for more than a decade and know that he never ever changes his setlist... Anyway the gig was still great, the crowd was much younger than I expected, I thought only people near 30 like me or older would be interested in Noel, but I was wrong. There were so may fans in early 20s and they were totally crazy about Noel... Even for his new album tracks lol Okay, now my murmur is over, I'd share some videos I recorded that night if anybody is still interested about his never-changing setlist... I've made them into a YouTube playlist, enjoy! You can hear my sing alongs in some videos, please endure lol youtube.com/playlist?list=PLvn2c6HeEZ3I_wDDLgSIRxKfaVq_yQAsD&si=PgE1bg7pnq3OKll7Anyways, I'd still rate this gig a 8/10 since the crowd was awesome and Noel's vocal was great. Sharing my favourite moment of the whole night: crowds singing Wonderwall during breaktime! The nostalgia beated me again lol

Thanks for your return ! It must have been a great travel for a fan, even a old new one !
For me, the special evening was the small venue for Seoul. Make the fan come closer to Noel. Plus, i wonder if the wasn t a fan meeting soundcheck.
How did you manage to get tickets ? I've heard it was very difficult to have acces to the korean market. Thanks

Thanks I had Korean 구매대행 and asked her to get tickets from Korean ticketbay, and the price is sky-high...

I can imagine how expensive it should have been.

The nostalgia beated me again lol Both Gallaghers have a very young following here in the UK that’s for sure, the Liam gigs I’ve been to since the split in particular have been full of really young lads and lasses going mental down the front. I guess it’s the 2nd (or 3rd) wave of fans who have had their parents and grandparents influencing them growing up. Glad you enjoyed the gig!
