Radio X will be playing this at 3pm tomorrow and XS Manchester at 4pm.
Is there a chance it won't be released till lunchtime tomorrow?

Reminds me of the turning which I love (I think it's one of the most underrated oasis song) If this is a filler this album could be mega I mean this is a quality piece of music

I like how it builds up to the end and changeup.

Good song, it would fits well on Dig Out Your Soul. Something between the The Turning and The Nature of Reality.
Can't wait to listen in decent quality.

I have a bad recording of the full song here if someone is interested. clyp.it/dumequesIt reminds me a lot of The Turning. Hi Steve! Are you in Australia or NZ? If you could, point me a direction where to get it and I'll try to upload it in full quality. Thanks

Well. The River sounds serious. Strong production but dirty in essence... Love it. God help Liam and the band with playing live this... 😉

If I get anything better I let you know.

I dont slate everything he does. Read more and you'll see. I just wish Liam would sing his own stuff, especially when the stuff he is given to sing are kinda shit. big difference. Waste of talent just to stay relevant or do festivals, it's sad. Respectfully though, you’ve made the same point 100 times which is why people are getting annoyed. That point is very valid, but it’s not a path Liam has chosen. Totally understand your point, then again, i'm just responding to people who think Liam should never be criticized. I maybe be a bit harsh in the comments, but it's just because I'm sad Liam has chosen this path that's all. I hope i'll enjoy the record, but like As you Were, it just wont be the same. Believe you me i dont troll around on artists forum that i dont like Cheers. Respectfully though, you’ve made the same point 100 times which is why people are getting annoyed. That point is very valid, but it’s not a path Liam has chosen. There is truth in the fact that Liam has written some good tunes. It’s spread over the last 17-18 years however. No great concentration of efforts. The guy is a great singer and frontman. Not everyone can write songs all the time and be good at it. Liam is doing his best. This is his best path at the moment. It’s rare to become a songwriter this late in life and succeed at it. Well i still dont agree. It's like saying to a student "you'll never get straight As" when he was clearly showing effort and hope 5 years ago. To me, the fans are partly to blame for Liam not evolving as a prolific songwriter. Maybe people just dont want that.

Sounds like it could've fit well on DOYS. Solid tune with room to grow on me with more listens. Not bad!

Nobody moaning on this forum has enough intel to know how involved Liam was in writing/structuring these songs we’ve heard, yet you’re prematurely bitching about how it can’t be great because they’re not his songs... Fucking hell. He gets to stamp his seal of approval on these songs and if he’s digging what he’s doing, we’re better for it. Stop all the whining about things you don’t know just for the sake of being negative.

If it's a good song it's a good song no matter who wrote it, if liam had written this it would be the same song, people should understand this

No you're not, you regulary volunteer your opinion, it doesn't seem to be in response to anyone more to get a rise out of someone. How many songwriters are prolific? How many are prolifically good? Not many. What evidence do you have to say that Liam could be? To go against his output since 2000 and often repeated comments about his own songwriting.

Wasn't that the song that Liam was describing like super heavy, too heavy for the radio etc ? It was before they messed with it as feared. So is there a rawer and less polished version somewhere?
