Cast No Shadow sounds great. Well done, Liam! Please please please don't drop Rockin Chair on your next European tour... in 2020.

Full version of Cast No Shadow. Thanks to the uploader owievil!
Theres something about an older, wiser Liam singing this that makes it even more magical than the original. I think the same about I'm Outta Time

Am i crazy or did he not sing the last chorus of cast no shadow “as they took his soul they stole his pride lines” before the outro?

Where would everyone rank his vocals from last night compared to previous years? He was brilliant last year in parts but this has to be the best he has sounded since at least the SOTSOG tour? Amazing.

Just saw a clip of IOT and noticed Bonehead playing along in the background. If he's learnt songs he never played on originally, why doesn't he just become a full time member of the band?

Amazing. I’ve mentioned it before, but the resurrection of his voice has been stunning. As for this gig, he sounded pretty much late 90s era, with Champagne Supernova being maybe the best I’ve ever heard live. Bravo LG!

Love the very quick smile Liam gives at the start of the video when the crowd sing Noel’s backing vocals!

Wonderwall is absolutely on point. This gig needs to be officially released. FWIW sounds quality, too - and it’s not any easy key to sing in.

If anything gets officially released it will be Finsbury Knebworth 2019 you mean! Would Liam actually have the balls to do this? I mean he's used FITB as his intro music so anything is possible innit? Would be cool if he got a few more former members/associates (John Squire?) along as well. Soundboard for this gig would be wicked. Was anyone there and can confirm whether or not it was filmed?

Amazing. I always thought he sounded great in 2002 but I listened to Finsbury Park for the first time in years recently and actually it's pretty poor. 2005 Kermit was horrific, 2008/09 better but he'd lost all power in his vocals. Thought he sounded good at the very beginning of Beady Eye but that quickly deteriorated, so yeah, the best and SOTSOG, or at least on par with the very best since then.

I never really liked 2000. Thought 2002 was better.
05 & 09 terrible.
BE era I thought was decent.
Solo even better.
97 is probs my fave

General rule is that Liam started most post-2000 tours greats then got tired quick and the quality went down.

I don't think it's prime Liam. I find it as good as 2000 though, I think Familiar to Millions is very over rated in terms of Liams vocal. It's much better than what happened between 2004-2009 but he was never the same after BHN tour for me.
What 2000 had in its favour was he still looked cool as fuck. Now he dresses like a (admittedly very rich) tramp or grumpy uncle at best. I hope he changes his look for the new tour.
