There's a few seconds of video on Andrew Wyatts IG. No sound though, fucking tease.

I wonder how many Oasis songs he will play in his next tour seeing he will have two albums worth to work with (plus Beady Eye). if he is doing 16 songs setlists I reckon it might be about 6 new album tracks, 4 As You Were and 6 Oasis/BE songs

Is it the exact same team? Kurstin, Wyatt etc.

I hope and think there is a possibility that after this album we will say that Andrew Wyatt is the first person since Noel 25 years ago to get the best out of Liam.
Nobody will surpass Noel but Wyatt may become the second most important musical partner in Liam's career. I am excited to see what they come up with

Kurstin has a couple of Grammys too.
He's got the team.

Ehh, I just hope he has around the same amount of creative input as he did on the last album. Without a band image backing him, I'd rather not see Liam devolve into the old equivalent of a pop singer where he doesn't pen his own tunes and just keeps buying other peoples songs, you know?

He will never not be involved in the song writing process IMO. I feel like most people just see Liam as a frontman and vocalist, but he's not, he gives a s*it about everything musically. And people complaining about his 'army of songwriter's' on AYW, Liam wrote and co-wrote 8 out of the 10 tracks on the album!

I think he'll have a slight input in their songs but not much. He said for Wall Of Glass he changed a few of their words to suit his personality more/less American but that's it.

I think the Guy Chambers/Robbie Williams maxim of "change a word, claim a third" probably holds true for Liam's input into most of his cowrites. I think he's better off without the pretense that the words came from his heart specifically. Something like For What It's Worth is an awkward halfway house, being positioned as though those are his words, whereas...who knows. (Mind you, the words to FWIW are the worst thing about it, so I suppose if he didn't write them it's sort of to his credit).

I’m fine with Liam writing very little. I just want the songs to be good and they were on his debut. I expect the same recipe.

Hoping it's not Mezmerize /Hipnotize kind of thing like it's As You Were part 2 or a copy simply because it worked so let's keep doing it.

As You Were 2.0 would be really tedious and get boring really fast to me. Hope there’s something a bit different to this new album

Liam is capable of making almost every type of song in the world sound glorious and he is now is the situation when he is surrounded by professional songwriters who are able to create almost anything for him. It would be a missed opportunity to just cage him in this one formula while he has all the ingredients to improve further than ever before in his career.
