I have to say his production on As You Were is excellent and im sure he is a big reason why the Liam written songs have been pushed to the next level. The craftsmanship, arrangement and production is top draw and he obviously understands a big selling album needs commercial appeal which AYW has and DGSS & BE didnt.

I concur.
Probably best production on any Oasis/Oasis related album.

I concur. Probably best production on any Oasis/Oasis related album. This may sound stupid but i love the actual music on the tracks. The guitar playing, the added instruments, its just really well produced.

It's the level we should expect for such a big artist. What we were subjected to with DGSS was quick frankly awful and anyone involved in that production can hang their heads in shame. Don't give a shit about Lillywhite's background, lazy as fuck.
And Sardy can suck the soul out of James Brown.

Oasis and production problems seem to go hand in hand. DM being re-done, BHN’s problems are well documented, even seen criticism of MG’s production on here. And DBTT could’ve been elevated by warmer production. For a huge band, they’ve had a chequered run with production.
I love MG FTR.

I like the production on BE more BE was well produced musically but not with arrangements and the songs were way inferior

As far as production I'd say it goes -
AYW > BE > CY > NGHFB > WBTM (from what we've heard) > DGSS

It sounds like Don't believe the truth tried to sound. And it reminds me a bit of McCartney's latest albums too.

I disagree, I disliked Dan's production wholesomely. All of the songs could have been better, as made evident by the live versions being superior. Would rather have seen Kurstin do the whole album.
