Just wondered if anyone has any idea why from the 4 tracks released from As You Were only 1, Wall Of Glass, has had a proper produced video? Chinatown was a cheap quality, quickly knocked up and For What Its Worth and Greedy Soul live videos. Does anyone agree another big single maybe coming with a well produced video? Maybe Bold as he very nearly called the album bold youd think he'd release it as a single? Interested in thoughts. Cheers

I can see them releasing Paper Crown with a decent budget video to give the album another big push ahead of Christmas.

I think Wall of Glass is still considered the only "true" single. If you look at the emails from the store every time a new track has become available for download, or now when the album was released they always write something like "Featuring the Single 'Wall of Glass', along with 'For What It's Worth', 'China Town', and..." for example.
So I think this is just part of the new kind of marketing. Release one big single, let some tracks out over a few months to gain even more interest, and then maybe release another "real" single sometime after the album.

I wonder what happened to the "Sinead O'Connor" video for for what it's worth?
I like the Chinatown video, mostly <shallow fan girl alarm> as he looks gorgeous waddling through early morning london.

They should do something similar to the Dig Out Your Soul in the Streets thing, and ask various YouTubers to make videos for the songs. It would be pretty cheap and you'd get better results for sure.

I need that video. Great idea n they should make it. With FWIW back in the charts n in the top 40 for the first time, seems like a great idea. FWIW has legs if they keep promoting it. Once it cathes fire, definitely with that kind of video, God only knows when it will stop charting

If they are going to do that they need to upload a heap of footage for people to work with. For example they must have shot hours of Liam walking around for Chinatown - they could have just uploaded all the raw footage to youtube and then suggested fans make some videos out of it. If they released it online as a package - simple shots of Liam miming the entire album from various camera angles, plus a couple of hours of of random and fun and interesting Liam footage, they could get some great publicity by having fans assemble their own video cut of the album. Be worthy of a few press articles and news reports. "Liam Gallagher can't be bothered making music videos - tells fans to do it themselves!"

They'd run out of money to do videos after spending too much on ink.
