Additionally, bandleader Reggie Watts and the house band provide Corden with original, improvised music throughout the show. Didn't Liam snubbed his show (Carpool Karaoke) and called him a knobhead?
Anyway, good exposure nonetheless.

Didn't Liam snubbed his show (Carpool Karaoke) and called him a knobhead? Yeah, and he was right. Noel looked very uncomfortable when he was on this show.

Can't say Liam doesn't face these people what with Idris as well.

Always found the bloke irritating and unfunny myself, but Liam's description based on what I've seen publicly is apt as well. Also maybe I'm just old and been out of the business too long, but does that word mean something similar to upworthy i.e. fairly meaningless clickbait full of adverts?

Can’t stand James corden but it’s a very popular show so it’s great coverage for Liam

He's got a point about organised fun- see office parties around Christmas especially for details... Anyway irrespective of my views on James Corden it's a good piece of exposure for Liam, and doing the album under his own name will hopefully help a bit with the wider audition recognition in the USA this time around.

Should be very interesting show....
Speaking on the BBC Radio 2 breakfast show to mark the launch of his new solo album As You Were he told presenter Chris Evans: “We’ve got to go and do James Corden’s show, that’ll be awkward.
“I ain’t singing in no car. I refuse to do it, I’m not doing it, mate. I’ll sing the tunes, then I’m out of there.”

That Carpool Karaoke thing is the most hideously fawning, self-congratulatory thing going. It's not hard to see why Frankie Boyle so enjoys slagging Cordon off on his various TV programmes/stand-up sets.

Liam's gonna be doing this off the back of the CalJam exploits as well.
Good exposure either way. He'll probably still be pissed and put in a dire performance as well.
Liam Gallagher and America, man. They don't mix.

He just played WOG, sounded good minus the first chorus. Not sure if he's doing a second song or an interview yet
Edit: that's it

He had a few second sort of joke at the beginning and he sounded great. Nothing mind blowing...

If Dave Grohl said "a little uncomfortable" then it's really really bad. He's the one that doesn't want to hurt people (unless it's Courtney Love) and wants to be the good guy everywhere
