Sorry but if you are watching that video and arent completely transfixed on Liam then are you even an oasis fan? Fuck the rest of it Who are you to judge who is Oasis fan and who is not??? You called me bellend few days ago just because I didn´t like one of the new Liam´s songs and now I am not Oasis fan because I don´t like his drummer that much. If you go to Oasis/Liam Gallagher shows to stare at Liam and you don´t give a shit about music then how are you better than some idiot who goes to Beyonce´s concert to stare at her ass??? Not all of Oasis fans are Liam Gallagher wannabes, mad fer it football hooligans who thinks that everything he does is awesome. I believe that majority of us are well educated, intelligent, music lovers and not skinhead, pub rock sheeps who seek for their idol to lead team through life. And I´m not saying that you are that but for ffs, this is forum, that is what we suppose to do, to discuss about all things about Oasis/Noel/Liam. And when hundreds of people are included in discussion it is normal that we will have different opinions. But that is not reason to insult people. What are we suppose to do, to only write ´´BIBLICAL!´´when Liam release new songs or has live show? Imagine what would that look like? Спортски поздрав! If i got made to go to a beyonce concert then id stare at her ass tbf. I meant the comment more in terms of we just got one of Liams best performances in 15-20 years and we have 1 or 2 professional recordings of the band. One of which was on a stage that was hardly set up for them. Lets just wait and see. And as for the stereotype comment, i think thats pretty out of order tbh. Stay safe serbian.

You cannot tell anything about the band members with that mix. Some of the drums aren't even mic'd. During the guitar solo, the lead guitar levels aren't even up. Now I'm not saying how good this band is, you shouldn't judge their ability by listening to terribly mixed videos. That's stretching it a bit, innit?

The band are definitely rough around the edges but One Love really made them sound like amateurs.

Yeah the mix is undoubtedly bad, but you can definitely tell something, for example the other guy (Mike Moore I think he's called) is way better than Jay as a guitarist. And they can do definitely better on Oasis songs.

I think the band is more interesting when they don't play Oasis songs.

It's weird how they're modelling themselves after mkII in the sense that there's no strict separation between lead and rhythm but Mike's solos at least cut through. Dude needs to play all the lead parts. I think DYKWIM and maybe Rock 'n' Roll Star are a little shabby but they're on par with Slide Away, Be Here Now and Morning Glory.

Using Coldplay's kit and without a soundcheck. They get a pass on that. That being said, I'm a bit disappointed so far. They sound fine but Oasis tribute bands do some of the Oasis stuff better.

Have we started complaining yet ? Oh right then , so that was quick, 2 weeks or somewhat. So i think Wall Of Glass suffers the most live, it needs more life. My advice would be to use that fucking big thing you have on stage that has written ROCK AND ROLL on it. It could help in some places and it's a waste of space so far. I mean, you want to replace a gospel choir and harmonica in a live performance you do Ray Manzarek not some singular notes on the guitar. It should be more funky live this song.
As to the band as a whole. They all have this 'indie rock' kind of sound vibe going on which is not enough when you want to nail songs off Be Here Now album. There were 36 guitar tracks there, all distorted to the maximum level and compressed by cocaine. You need at least some serious gain from your amp to give it a justice.
And yeah, some attitude maybe ? That wouldn't hurt either.
I like Rock N Roll Star and Morning Glory versions of this band though. Fast and loud.

The band have improved a lot since they started out in 2017 though. But all bands have their good and bad days.

Who is in the lineup these days? I know Bonehead is recovering but is everyone else still with LG? Especially those gorgeous background singers lol

I always thought, that Jay was the main issue. He may be a nice guy and he looks good but as a guitar player myself I sometimes was wondering how the fuck he would butcher the intro bend of rock n roll star for example. And the problem was that he added a unnecessary vibrato. There were other things too that made me question why he is in the band as he seems to play very harsh (greedy soul). Not to disrespect him and he got better over time but man there were some rough edges sometimes.

Those early days were awful hahahaha. That intro of Rock n Roll Star sounded like a poor tribute band. Now I think they are alright, not the energy of Oasis, but they do a good job.

I actually find it's those kind of people who are much more casual about their love for Oasis and Liam. I don't think many on here will be mad fer it Liam haircuts. I found a lot of the above to ridicule him during Beady Eye and don't have that much knowledge about music.

I wonder are they going to make any concessions to equipment for the DM dates- I'm sure if Noel was doing it he'd be aping his set up of the early days, same amps, guitars etc, but isthat going to be.a thing for the others?
I think his band sound much better nowadays too- although I'd have some notes-
If the frontman isn't wearing sunglasses, no one wears sunglasses- looking at you Jay. See also anyone who's in a hat who isn't Liam. Barrie's haircut doesn't fit.

Aye- it just doesn't fit with the band. He wears denim, plays one hell of semi hollowbody guitars, has long hairs and is one of the best guitar players that Liam ever had by his side and I say that as a huge Andy Bell fan . Bonehead is bald!
