Leeds United caretaker manager Eddie Gray has told his players to focus on on-the-field-matters and not worry about the club's financial problems.
The Whites have issued a warning about a possible move into administration, but Gray wants his squad focused on climbing away from the foot of the Premiership table.
He said: "It's a difficult time for the club, it's not easy for the players and fans at present looking at the circumstances, but we have got to get on with playing football.
"That's what we've got to do on our side. If we do that, hopefully we can start to win matches.
"They know they have to play football and that's what they're paid to do and what they are still being paid to do."
Gray's task of turning Leeds around will be made harder by the news that forward Lamine Sakho will be sidelined for up to a month due to a cracked rib.
