Oasis feature in a top 10 on WatchMojo on Youtube:
I won't spoil the outcome but the top 10 also features: The Beatles, Pink Floyd and Guns N Roses amongst others.

Oasis wasn't especially messy. Never even made it to court.

House of Love for a fey band was a good one- Pete Evans (drummer) punching Terry Bickers (guitarist) repeatedly in the face in a minibus in a row of earning living money vs art, before they dumped the latter at the side of the road

It's still a big shame how Oasis ends up, but for somehow it suits them.
I found my DOYS Summer Tour T-shirt a couple of days ago back in my wardrobe and I felt a bit sad when I saw the final date on back of T-shirt. They could have had a couple of years break between tours and albums, but it wouldn't have been "Oasis".

Actually that's the thing I don't understand. They may not go on hiatus for several years like Radiohead and Blur did, but would it be possible to take one year off after the DBTT tour? Or slow down a bit, do the tour in 1.5-2 years instead of in 10-12 months. Oasis had the most intense tour schedule I've seen - it would take Coldplay or U2 much longer time to complete a world tour with same amount of gigs. How could they play 4~5 gigs a week and expect the singer's voice to survive? Let alone the internal tension and impatience built up during the routine. Why still pushing then? When Noel separated himself from the band by traveling alone, didn't that raise an alarm to the management? Or they simply believed Noel would get over it like what happened before? I thought the management more sided with Noel, and they got slapped in Noel's statement for "lack of support from the management". I don't know what's on their mind.
