He should play all of his songs that Oasis didn´t play often or at all: Little James Born in a Different Cloud Guess God Thinks I'm Abel Better Man Love Like a Bomb Soldier On (Don´t Believe the Truth onwards Liam´s songs are not that good IMHO) Some Beady Eye songs and some Oasis songs written by the other members: Keep the Dream Alive Turn Up the Sun Thank You for the Good Times and of course new songs And he should cut the shit and change the setlist every night. Is a shame that you have all of these recordings and all with the same setlist over and over, with some exceptions from time to time... If he should play Oasis songs it should be Noel's (If Gem and Andy aren't involved). Imagine the reaction on this forum if Liam uses A Quick Peep as intro. That would be just great... I think is a shame that so many good songs were never played live. I never understood why they played songs like Ain't Got Nothin' or The Meaning of Soul, when never played for example Soldier On or Keep the Dream Alive, which are way better... Let´s cross fingers and Liam plays some Oasis obscure tracks just to make Noel lose his head just for fun...

I'm firmly of the opinion - which will split this forum no doubt - that the principal performer of a song has the moral right to play it live. And so thus something like this would be lovely! 1) New Solo Song 2) New Solo Song 3) Flick Of The Finger 4) New Solo Song 5) Cigarettes & Alcohol 6) Supersonic 7) The Roller 8) New Solo Song 9) Millionaire 10) I'm Outta Time 11) New Solo Song 12) Songbird 13) Start Anew 14) New Solo Song 15) Lyla 16) New Solo Song 17) Wigwam 18) Columbia Brilliant. Good 'ead on ya there mate

I don't think that Soldier On would have worked live and probably lazyness of Noel/Liam to learn/rehearse new songs. What about The Turning? I don't buy that Liam couldn't song those songs because they did play Slide Away, Morning Glory and later My Big Mouth (re-worked but still) and those are songs that are difficult to sing.

There's no need to list "solo songs" people ;-)

Because we only know about three songs (?) from the solo album, I haven't bothered including any untitled songs as there is no information on how they sound, if they are ballads or rock songs and etc. I've only included songs that Liam has written himself or participated in writing (like flick of the finger), plus that song he did with Death In Vegas. Obviously I would like to hear Oasis-songs, and also we know now that Liam plans to do Noel-written oasis songs, but I thought it would be an interesting experiment to do it this way. This way we get to see what it would be if Liam tried to build a stronger brand around himself.
1. Flick of The Finger 2. Shine A Light 3. Greedy Soul (allegedly a stripped-back beat soul number sounding like Marc Bolan playing Street Fighting Man) 4. I’m Outta Time 5. Bold (allegedly a Plastic Ono Band-sounding thing with a mega chorus) 6. Evil Eye 7. Over (allegedly an accoustic, gentle number with faraway voices) 8. Man of Misery 9. Songbird 10. Scorpio Rising (Death in Vegas cover) 11. The Boy With The Blues 12. Start Anew Encore: 13. Born On A Different Cloud 14. The Morning Son

I'd love Flick of the Finger, although I think he'll totally overlook anything by Beady Eye.
In addition to solo stuff, I can see him playing the following oasis tunes:
Rock n Roll Star Columbia Live Forever DYMWIM Roll With It Songbird

I reckon there's definitely Rock'n'Roll Star as final song - it's just Liam's style. Others Oasis tunes would be Songbird (also in encore), Morning Glory, Wonderwall, Live Forever, Champagne Supernova - don't think he'll make a step from Beady Eye times. But in my mind it's about 1-2 songs from Beady Eye career 'cause he thinks it's a fail. Mostly (about 8-10 songs) it'll new stuff even without any covers. Moreover, I think that new songs will sound like "Millionaire"... 13-15 songs, no more

I hope he will have some good, creative band behind him and if he has to play Oasis songs they will make it sound fresh . More like Noel's Champagne Supernova 2016 version, less like BE tour Cigarrettes Alcohol cover.

If he does Champagne Supernova I want a 18 minute version of it with a massive guitar solo. Not the 6:30 versions that Oasis did. (!!Shorter than the album version!!)

I would hope he'd play the whole solo album over a tour rotating a couple of b-sides in and out so that you have about a 16/17 song setlist, 10 solo, 4 Oasis tunes, 2 or 3 BE tunes.
That would be about right for me.

I'd really like to hear Boy with the Blues and Soldier On. Two great Liam songs that haven't gotten a single outing as of yet. Flick of the Finger would also be a welcome addition.
