So if this is Nicole's version of Eamon's 'Fuck It', when in the same cynical label style can we expect Liam's take on Frankee's 'F.U.R.B.'? Top noughties reference for those with memories- if Chris Moyles said it was shit it had to be bad!

I know we are Oasis fans and some of us are Liam's fans on her (god forbid) but am I the only one who sees this as her really struggling to get over him?
It doesn't exactly scream I've moved on when youre still talking about your ex after the divorce is settled and you have all the money you could ask for.
I like the LG approach of winding people up with a few words in a tweet myself.

She is indeed an independently wealthy woman now following the divorce, but in terms of the spotlight since All Saints demise the first time around some minor TV work aside she has essentially been known as Liam Gallagher's partner, wife and now ex-wife. A cynical viewpoint would say that like many lesser famous spouses (male and female) in celebrity couple divorces she now has the opportunity after hitting the headlines to cash in with whatever interviews, music, TV appearances, etc. she can whilst she is still back in the public eye, perhaps in the hope of reentering show business as a career in a long term way through another medium, e.g. presenting radio or TV shows again. I like the quote from you about she is struggling to get over him with this output and then mentioning Liam's Twitter in the same post- again being cynical one could say he is not really much different regarding his older brother and their erstwhile band BTW on a completely unrelated note congrats to all at the Freeman's Wharf Stadium (no I will not call it by the corporate name ), five points clear with seven games to go is, whatever happens, a remarkable achievement and a long way from the days of playing second tier football as tenants in their own stadium to an American academics pension fund landlord

Apparently, she's been having a new man now for quite a while. I won't admit where I read that. But of course, making it all about Liam makes for better PR, because those are the parts that get quoted and end up as clickbait. How many of us have clicked on their first song because of that alleged Liam connection that would otherwise not necessarily have been interested?

Well she's a human being with feelings who devoted a significant portion of her life to a man that ended up breaking her heart, it's not surprising, surely you have things that happened years ago that still weigh on your mind when you lie in bed at night? I know I do. Celebrities are still people you know...

Tbh think she's had a new guy for time maybe she is missing her ex husband / father to children to some degree but she's not sat and there crying about it. Am sure Liam missing her the same, his big dismise seems proportional to all this. On Alan Carr she said that she spoke about the split to shaznay when it happened and then she brought that song to the album 6 months later etc so the song itself nothing to do with 'her' really is guess and is just major marketing as a lots of songs about love / loss etc etc..

I think Liam is only having a laugh or a "troll". I don;t think there is anything too deep there. And i am a nervous wreck over Leicester at the minute. Would mean more than an Oasis reunion if we pulled it off. So much money and time i have put into those 1-0 home defeats in the championship and league one, all that agony might all just be worth it in the end. Because if it isn't okay, it isn't the end, right?

Anyone have any clue what Nicole & Natalie's wrote about Liam in her book back when they were married? It's called Together. I hate to admit it, but I actually read that. Nicole seemed to be pretty happy with him, at least then, and by this book I found out that apparently she was with him between the 1st and 2nd night of Wembley 2000 and I think they even had their first kiss then. Which makes his rantings against Patsy Kensit even more weird, if he had already moved on. Or was it just about the teabag/money? Which, I seem to remember, she was quite adamant in pointing out, that she did not break up his marriage. There was something about him afterwards living in Johnny Marr's flat in London. Already with her? Cannot remember. Nicole also said that "her" Liam is quite different from the public one. Gene was a surprise and although she was happy, she also was a bit sad because he came so soon in their relationship, that they did not have much time just as a couple. And extremely weirdly, she was disappointed that Robbie Williams did not congratulate her on his birth. (As we're just discussing him in the other thread.) Natalies take was a bit more love-hate, if I remember correctly. I think she even used that word herself. She was f.ex. very angry on him acting up after Gene's birth, even though she understood that he was upset about a journalist or someone. In my defense, for a while I was so besotted with all things Oasis that I read everything (also Patsy Kensit's book!) and I told myself it might be interesting to see the inner workings of a girl group. It wasn't much. She also mentioned the woman Andy Bell is now married to, forgot the name, as one of her closest friends, who worked for the record company. But that book was of course years before they got together.

But that book was of course years before they got together. Im sure noel mentions liam being with 'one of the spice girls' at those wembley gigs so guess was 'all saints' really then? (tho sure there's been rumours he shagged mel b on that bender?) That is very very fast as she must've got pregnant 3 months into their relationship (which I'm sure really did annoy robbie if she aborted his child when the were engaged?) While I've not watched it all the footage of him in the appleton documentary can tell he's very different and he's very submissive to her (tho nearly every person/ friend who mentions him in 'real life' says he's very different) Natalie was on I'm a celeb a few years back and she was really really terrible :/ not taking anything from her views but was really annoying Makes sence that shire? was part of that scene. The WAGS of beady eye all very close, said it before but the love child / debbie (being their manager) even from a pure 'real life' view must've put huge strain on beady eye as all partners were so close. We were sat near debbie at their hammersmith gig. She was sat with her family on one side of venue, where lou archer and few others were sat on the other side, and dont worry we'll only slightly look down on you for reading their book(?)

Im sure noel mentions liam being with 'one of the spice girls' at those wembley gigs so guess was 'all saints' really then? (tho sure there's been rumours he shagged mel b on that bender?) Wait, I've got the book. She had met Liam a few times before, first a few times by chance, then at least once in the hope that he'd be there and then she gave him her number. Then she says that the press reported about the split, so apparently he had told her that before. Then "All Saints" were invited for the first Wembley 2000 night and he invited her backstage and kissed her, for the first time and introduced her to the band. "Noel was very sweet." According to this, they spent the night together and met Mel C and Natalie next day in the morning and went to the pub with them and she (they?) spent the day with him. She does not mention getting stinkingly drunk. Maybe he did that after they parted because she did not have time to come to the 2nd night. Then he went missing for a few days, in Marr's flat eating sunflower seeds and playing guitar, as he told her. Apparently, in that time the press went wild with rumours about a relationship. Did it? It's a bit confusing here that both sisters, who switch POV all the time, dated Liams. Found it. Natalie: "I have a love-hate relationship with Nicole's Liam. ... We have similar personalities. We are both very intense." P. 306 You're too kind.

Something else interesting I found, at the end. Nicole describes their first christmas with Gene, must be 2001 then, celebrating with her family and Peggy Gallagher and mentions Noel also being there. She does not say how long he stayed, but so much for their "we've never been that kind of family" if he at least made a christmas visit.

My suspicion has been for a long time that a lot more has happened than what we see via the press.

Could be that as well, that it was partially created as some sort of stunt to attract attention from the media and to stay "relevant", kind of like Noel slagging off people and blurting out mean bullshit to stay in the public eye
