I actually do half wonder whether they pick people closer to the venue a it increases the chances of people showing up, I mean Im probably wrong and it is done randomly but if someone wins tickets up in manchester or whatever they are less likely to actually show up than someone close by because its a much bigger hassle to travel down etc than a simple night out and if theyve distributed it out across the whole country then Im sure you would end up with a lot not showing, the BBC must care more about making sure they get a full audience rather than giving everyone a fair chance so to speak, more so for these one off things. maybe Im just being cynical... Nah cant be that. I put an address of an hotel i could have stayed at if i won, it's in central london as i dont live in the UK.

Can this only be seen on BBC red button or is it possible to see it outside UK as well? Last time Noel played the BBC Radio Theatre I was able to listen to the gig online via the Radio 2 website, and the encore on the Radio 6 website. I was in Ireland at the time. So if you can't get to view the gig online, you might be able to at least listen to it here. www.bbc.co.uk/radio2Crossing my fingers I'll be able to listen to it here in the States. For those lucky people with access to the BBC red button, here's a listing of times the gig is available on it during the week. www.bbc.co.uk/blogs/aboutthebbc/entries/7c250922-73a6-4afd-bb6f-ae6dc4bcab97cheers Mike

Thought this was worth posting... And in other news, the Pope has today been revealed as a Catholic! Goodness me, whatever next...! Amazes me that people still get appalled by the Gallagher's self-assurance, and that some people really are so utterly devoid of a sense of humour, that they can't tell a lot of it is tongue in cheek anyway.

The new WAL sounds amazing! Best acoustic version by far. I hope it gets played at the RAH.

This is what gets me everytime He used his usual "that's what they're getting paid for" joke and that's probably what led the guy to say his attitude towards session musicians stinks...I mean seriously?!

People who dont understand Noel's sense of humour (or Noel, simply put) are brainless vaginas, end of story.
